You ever feel like you’re doing everything right and still falling short?
That’s where I am.
I’ve been building.
I’ve been showing up.
I’ve been sacrificing, applying, learning, failing, and trying again.
But right now?
I feel like I have nothing left.
Even though I just came back from vacation, even though I celebrated another year of life; I still feel heavy.
Like maybe this just isn’t working.
Like I’m pouring my all into something that’s not pouring back.
And then I saw this image:

Success is like an iceberg. What people see is only the top. What they don’t see is the part that makes it real.
That hit me. Because what people don’t see is:
The nights I stayed up chasing deadlines
The proposals I submitted and never heard back on.
The goals I set and missed
The tears
The silence
The self-doubt
What they do see is:
The contracts I’ve won
The posts I’ve shared
The progress I make
But they don’t see what it takes to keep going when nothing seems to be working.
I Missed a COUPLE Blog Post’s and That’s Okay
I missed posting last week. It was my birthday. Then I took a vacation.
And I almost beat myself up about it.
But here’s the truth: Rest isn’t quitting. It’s surviving.
Sometimes the most courageous thing you can do is step back, breathe, and come back again.
And that’s what I’m doing.
I’m back.
Still tired, but still trying.
Still unsure, but still believing that all of this will lead to something greater.
If You’re Feeling Like Giving Up, Read This
Success isn’t just about winning.
It’s about persisting through the parts no one claps for.
The rejection
The quiet days
The doubt
The tears
The missed milestones
The comparison
The waiting
You don’t see it, but something is happening beneath the surface.
Your iceberg is forming.
Keep building the part they can’t see yet.
